Bai Mudan (白牡丹) or "White Peony" is a tea from Fujian Province in China.
It is made from the top two leaves and bud of the tea plant, and like many white teas, the leaves are allowed to slowly wither and dry.
Bai Mudan has a floral aroma and a smooth velvety profile with fruity notes.
