Congou Mao Jian (工夫毛尖) - Great Skill Hair Tips) is a green tea that is grown in the mountains of Zhejiang in Eastern China.
The leaves have silver tips that signify they are plucked every day, this ensures only new shoots are gathered. This tea is allowed to ferment briefly which results in the dry leaves being a darker shade of green than comparable teas.
Congou Mao Jian has a sweet and floral profile with a smooth body that is slightly pungent.
