Red Sky Tea is a high class tea to be savoured and enjoyed. Picture those mornings when there's just enough time to pause before the busy day ahead and a peaceful calm surrounds - well that's the ambience each sip of Red Sky Tea will provide. A careful blend of Assam and Kenyan black teas are mixed with Himalayan safflower petals which adds a smoothness and a wonderful splash of red in the leaves to produce a full bodied tasting tea with a slight mellow astringency.

Ingredients: Luxury Black Tea, naturally dried safflower petals

Origin: Assam, India, (2nd Flush), 
Kericho, Kenya (Seasonal Quality Jan-Feb growth)

Elevation: Grown 500-1500ft and 5500-6500ft above seal level

Tea Variety: Camellia Sinensis var. Assamica

Tea Leaf Grade: Flowery Broken Orange Pekoe (FBOP) and Broken Pekoe #1 (BP1)

Brewing Temperature: 100°C

Caffeine Content: Approx. 27- 35mg per cup
