This Moonlight White Dragon Pearl Pu'er Tea (月光白龙珠普洱茶 - Yue Guang Bai Long Zhu Pu'er Cha) is an interesting white tea that is made from the "Jing Gu Big White Leaf" cultivar, but has the characteristics of a young Sheng Pu'er.
The leaves are picked as "1 bud and 1 leaf" and then withered for several days, before being rolled into Dragon Pearls. Chinese Dragons are often depicted with a "Flaming Pearl" under their chin which represents wisdom and spiritual energy.
This is a very drinkable smooth , mellow tea with honey notes and a fruity profile and can be infused multiple times.
